Our team of gourmet chefs present guests with a wide array of tempting meals. Each Shabbos and Yom Tov morning meal is preceded by a lavish, smorgasbord-style Kiddush. An unforgettable, spectacular Viennese table is the highlight of our Chol Hamoed cuisine.
All baking is done on the premises by the famous Yossi Weiss and his crew. His creative and scrumptious confections (a highlight of Pesach with the Pruzanskys) will prove that non-gebrukt Pesach baking can be a very exciting experience.
The dining room, under the capable direction of our longtime Maitre de, Freddy Levitz, is staffed by professional captains and attentive waiters. The ambiance is enhanced by the huge expanse of windows which afford breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.
Private sedorim are available. We offer a wide variety of wines, both for sedorim and throughout your stay. All matzah is Shmura and in plentiful supply. Special diets are accommodated. Salt free menu options are offered at every meal. Going on a trip? Take along a boxed lunch prepared each Chol Hamoed morning.
The elaborate, well stocked tea room is open to serve you when the dining room is closed.
